Taught postgraduate courses

The Department of Geographical and Earth Sciences currently runs three taught postgraduate degree programmes. Two new MSc programmes are being introduced for 2010-11

There are 4 MSc programmes in various aspect of Geomatics:

The MSc in Geospatial & Mapping Sciences was new in 2007. We are now recruiting full-time and part-time students to start in September 2010

The MSc in Geoinformation Technology & Cartography is now recruiting full-time and part-time students to start in September 2010.

NEW The MSc in Landscape Monitoring & Mapping will have its first intake in September 2010

NEW The MSc in Applied Population & Statistical Mapping will have its first intake in September 2010

The Department also offers an MRes in Human Geography

Scholarships will be available for all these programmes.
