ISAAC: Imaging, spectroscopy and analysis centre

ISAAC is based in the Department of Geographical and Earth Sciences of the University of Glasgow. It houses a range of equipment including scanning electron microscopes (SEMs) and a laser Raman microscope, for imaging, chemical and molecular analysis of natural and synthetic materials at nanometre to millimetre scales.

For full details on the instrumentation and its capabilities, go to the main ISAAC page.

Alternatively, contact Peter Chung: e-mail Peter.Chung@ges.gla.ac.uk; telephone 0141-330-5466.
